Black Pizza Meat Monsta Review

Pizza Hut with Black Pizza Meat Monsta has become one of the initiator of black-colored pizza in Indonesia. In appearance, this pizza doesn’t differ in shape of regular pizza, but its size is a bit smaller. The main difference is the color which is black from charcoal, garnished with sesame seed on top of it. It tastes completely the same with regular pizza, but it gives a chewier sensation as you bite.
            Meat Monsta is also a new variant in Pizza Hut, consist of sausages, cheese cream, tomato sauce, chicken, mushroom, mozzarella cheese and oregano on top. The first taste when it comes into your mouth will be a rich meat flavor of sausage and chicken, followed by cheese cream that enrich the taste. Tomato sauce come in last with a surprise taste of sour covering your mouth. However, the mushroom doesn’t have a significant taste because its flavor is covered with another strong flavor.

            It’s a very interesting flavor that comes into your mouth. It creates a sour after-taste in your mouth, but you can still feel the other flavor intertwine in your mouth. With the chewy pizza, it creates an even longer taste in your mouth compared to regular ones. However, I personally think that the sour taste in the end is too strong, making it a little bit slow to finish. Other than that, I think it has a very generous meat and perfect composition of sauce. It’s still an interesting flavor and worth a try in the end.
